Roof program for commercial customers with 3 variants
Option 3 in particular offers companies the opportunity to save liquidity on the one hand and still benefit from long-term security in electricity prices on the other. The company leases its free roof space to PLAN-B – in return, PLAN-B installs the appropriate photovoltaic system. The lease contracts run for at least 20 years (e.g. term of a PV system).
Around 60% of the electricity produced in this way is usually sold to the roof owner and the remaining electricity can be resold to other electricity customers or on the electricity exchange.
Thanks to the cheap electricity produced in this way, roof owners are guaranteed to save up to 50% on their electricity costs.
